Case Study: Local Kentucky Derby Transportation
Before:
The business had no consistent customer acquisition system.
New customers came almost entirely through word of mouth and Facebook posts from another business the owners operated. They had no website, no Google reviews, and no existing paid advertising channel.
The Opportunity:
There was already strong demand from people actively planning Derby weekend and looking for transportation.
My Approach:
Built the campaign around high-intent Derby transportation searches instead of general transportation traffic.
Focused targeting on higher-income areas around Louisville, Indianapolis, Cincinnati, and Nashville where potential customers were actively planning travel to the Derby.
Built the ads and landing page around the same specific buying intent so someone searching for Derby transportation immediately saw an offer that matched what they were looking for.
Made vehicle options, seating capacity, and payment structures clear, including hourly, pickup/drop-off, and full-weekend options.
Positioned the service around premium Derby transportation instead of competing for low-cost rides.
Tracked calls and form submissions so performance could be judged by real lead activity rather than clicks alone.
After:
11 paying customers generating $17,315 in revenue within 19 days from $394 in ad spend.
43.94x ROAS | 7.22% Conv. Rate| $32.83 CPL
Why It Worked:
The campaign reached people who were already actively looking for premium Derby transportation, but the bigger challenge was giving them enough confidence to book with a business that had no established online presence or social proof.
The landing page was built to make the company feel trustworthy and legitimate despite that lack of history. It clearly showed the vehicles available, seating capacity, transportation options, payment structure, and what customers could expect from the service.
That combination of high buying intent and increased trust gave prospects enough confidence to contact and ultimately book the business.

Case Study: Local Car Detailing Business
Before:
The business had a strong local reputation, but no predictable way to consistently bring in new customers outside of word of mouth.
New business relied heavily on referrals and existing awareness rather than a structured system for reaching people already searching for detailing services.
The Opportunity:
There was existing local demand from people actively searching for interior detailing.
Instead of advertising every detailing service, the opportunity was to focus on high-intent interior detailing searches and build the ads, landing page, proof, and booking path specifically around what those customers needed to see before contacting the business.
My Approach:
Built the campaign specifically around high-intent interior detailing searches instead of broad detailing traffic.
Focused the budget on people actively looking to book the service rather than people making general or research-based searches.
Aligned the search, ad messaging, and landing page around interior detailing so the experience matched what the customer originally searched for.
Strengthened the landing page around the information, proof, trust, and certainty someone needed before feeling comfortable contacting the business.
Made the offer and pricing clearer so prospects could more easily understand what they were getting before taking the next step.
Reworked the booking path to reduce friction between becoming interested and actually scheduling the service.
Tracked calls and form submissions so campaign decisions were based on real leads rather than traffic alone.
After Results (Total Campaign):
$6,140 in attributable revenue from $1,510 in ad spend
4.07x ROAS | 15.26% Conv. Rate | $19.36 CPL
Why It Worked:
The campaign reached people already searching for interior detailing, but the page also had to give them enough trust and certainty to choose this business over the other detailers they were comparing.
The business's strong Google rating helped establish trust, while before-and-after photos showed prospects what the detailer was actually capable of producing.
Clear service information and pricing also increased certainty around what customers would receive before they contacted or booked the business
By combining high-intent search traffic with proof, clear expectations, and a more direct booking path, the campaign turned existing search demand into a more consistent source of leads and attributable revenue.
